Temple Bar Design was requested by our Client to upgrade this currently vacant site into a residential block of apartments.

The current site currently has a few garages and storage units built on the site, and the Client wished to demolish these in order to accommodate the new building.

The site itself is small in size as well as being narrow in width, so the design was difficult to include parking area and amenity space to suit council and planning requirements.

We were however successful in doing this, and we were able to achieve 2 two bedroom apartments as well as a Studio flat on the ground floor.

The proposed drawings have been submitted to Council and Planning permission works are in progress, and we look forward to a favourable response.
