Temple Bar Design was commissioned to design 11 residential apartments with a contemporary setting, along with creating an attractive communal living space.

Our Client is a well respected and established property development partnership.  The detailed brief required Temple Bar Design to include spacing layouts, lighting layouts, furniture and joinery specifications and design as well as overall interior wall and floor layouts and finishes.  The apartments were designed to appeal to those who liked living with clean finishes and minimalist features.

The detailed design for this project is now complete, and the properties have been fully built.  They will be going onto the open market very shortly.
